LifePulse respects your privacy and only uses personal information where necessary to provide, protect and improve the LifePulse service.

When you use LifePulse, we may collect information you provide, including your name, contact details, check-in preferences, Care Circle contact details and information you choose to add about your pets.

We may also process limited device, app and check-in information needed to operate LifePulse, including completed or missed check-ins and information required to trigger reminders or safety alerts.

We use your information to:

• Provide and manage your LifePulse account
• Operate scheduled safety check-ins
• Send reminders and safety alerts
• Contact your chosen Care Circle contact when required
• Store pet information you choose to provide
• Manage subscriptions
• Provide support and maintain the security and reliability of LifePulse

We do not sell your personal information or use your Care Circle contacts for marketing.

LifePulse may use push notifications and SMS messages to operate its check-in and safety features. Information required to send these messages may be processed by our communications providers.

Delivery of SMS messages or notifications cannot be guaranteed and may depend on mobile networks, internet connectivity and device settings.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are processed by the relevant app store.

LifePulse may use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscriptions. RevenueCat may process limited purchase, subscription and technical information necessary to provide this service.

LifePulse does not receive or store your full payment-card details for App Store or Google Play purchases.

We may use trusted service providers to operate LifePulse, including hosting, communications, subscription and technical service providers. They may process information only where necessary to provide those services.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary or required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where applicable.

UK users have rights under UK data-protection law and may raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office.

LifePulse is also not an emergency service. SMS alerts, notifications and other communications may be affected by circumstances outside our control and cannot be guaranteed.

You may request deletion of your LifePulse account and personal information by contacting us using the details provided on the LifePulse website. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security or record-keeping purposes.
