This Privacy Policy applies to both LifeGuru and LifePulse (collectively the “Apps”) developed by Quantum Garden LTD.

For LifeGuru (Pocket Oracle):
User content (dilemmas, reflections, messages, Oracle Memory entries)
Internal user/account ID
Subscription status (via Apple/Google)
For LifePulse:
Basic safety profile and check-in preferences
Care Circle contact details (name, phone, email)
Pet profiles and caregiver information
Check-in history and limited phone activity signals (for false-alert prevention)
Subscription information
3. How We Use Information
Provide core app features (reflections for LifeGuru, safety check-ins and alerts for LifePulse)
Send alerts only to contacts you add in LifePulse
Process subscriptions and support requests
Improve the Apps
4. Data Sharing
LifePulse alerts are sent only to your chosen contacts.
We do not sell personal data.
Limited sharing with trusted service providers (AI processing, SMS, hosting, payments) under strict agreements.
We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Security
We use reasonable security measures. However, no system is completely secure.

You can:
Access or delete your data
Cancel your subscription
Request removal of information (where technically possible)

7. Safety Disclaimer (LifePulse)
LifePulse is a supplementary check-in tool only. It is not a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency, always call 999/911 immediately. Alerts depend on your device’s battery, signal, and connectivity.
8. Children
Our Apps are not intended for children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the new policy.
