LifeGuru is a private reflection and decision-support app designed to help users pause before reacting, consider possible next steps, and reflect on messages, decisions, emotional loops, and real-life dilemmas.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use LifeGuru, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

LifeGuru may collect or process the following types of information:

User Content

When you use LifeGuru, you may choose to type or save content such as:

- dilemmas

- reflections

- messages you are considering sending

- emotional loops

- notes

- Oracle Memory entries

- prompts and responses generated through the app

This information is used to provide the core app features.

User ID

LifeGuru may use an internal user ID, account ID, subscription ID, or similar identifier to support app functionality, such as saving content, restoring access, maintaining Premium access, or linking app activity to the correct user account or app instance.

Purchase History

If you subscribe to LifeGuru Premium, Apple processes your payment through Apple In-App Purchases. We do not receive your payment card, bank details, or full Apple payment information. We may receive or process subscription status or purchase entitlement information so the app can unlock Premium features.

2. How We Use Information

We use information collected through LifeGuru for app functionality only, including to:

- provide LifeGuru responses and reflective options

- operate the Ask LifeGuru feature

- process Before You Send prompts

- support Intuition Check and Stop Me Reacting features

- save and retrieve Oracle Memory entries

- maintain Premium subscription access

- restore purchases

- improve user experience within the app

- respond to support requests if you contact us

3. AI Processing

LifeGuru uses artificial intelligence features to generate reflective options and decision-support responses.

When you enter text into LifeGuru, that text may be processed by trusted AI, hosting, or backend service providers in order to return a response to you.

You should avoid entering information you do not want processed by the app, including highly sensitive personal, medical, legal, financial, or emergency information.

LifeGuru is not a crisis service and is not a substitute for professional help.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

LifeGuru does not intentionally collect:

- your precise location

- your phone contacts

- your photos or videos

- your microphone or audio recordings

- your health or fitness data

- your payment card or bank details

- advertising data

- browsing history outside the app

5. Tracking and Advertising

LifeGuru does not sell your personal data.

LifeGuru does not use your user content, purchase history, or user ID for third-party advertising tracking.

LifeGuru does not use your data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

6. Apple In-App Purchases

LifeGuru Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases.

Apple handles payment processing. We do not receive your full card number, bank account details, or Apple ID payment credentials.

We may receive information that confirms whether your subscription is active so that Premium features can be unlocked or restored.

7. Data Retention

User content saved inside LifeGuru, such as Oracle Memory entries, may be retained so the app can provide saved reflections and app functionality.

Where deletion features are available in the app, you can delete saved content from the app.

You may also contact us to request deletion of data associated with your use of LifeGuru, where applicable and technically possible.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information processed through LifeGuru.

However, no app, website, server, or internet-based service can guarantee complete security. You should not enter emergency, highly confidential, or legally sensitive information if you are not comfortable with it being processed by the app.

9. Professional Advice Disclaimer

LifeGuru provides reflective options and decision-support only.

LifeGuru does not provide:

- therapy

- medical advice

- mental health diagnosis

- legal advice

- financial advice

- crisis support

- emergency support

- verification of truth

- decision-making on behalf of the user

The user remains responsible for their own choices and actions.

10. Children

LifeGuru is not intended for children under 13 years old.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the issue.

11. Your Choices

You may choose not to enter certain information into LifeGuru.

You may delete saved Oracle Memory or saved reflections where the app provides that function.

You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your use of LifeGuru, where applicable.
